Today, the Houston Freedmen’s Town Conservancy carries that torch forward, preserving the historic brick streets, restoring homes, and creating vibrant cultural and educational experiences that honor the past while building a better future.

To celebrate the season of giving and honor the 160-year legacy of Freedmen’s Town, HFTC is giving two lucky guests the chance to attend our inaugural Freedmen’s Town Heritage Gala at no cost (a $1,275 value each)!

  • $160 donation = 10 bonus entries
